Scope
This notice covers zeami.io and related marketing pages of the public website, not the Zeami app or service, which are covered by the Privacy Notice. If you are reading this because you use the product, that is the wrong document; go there instead.
What we collect on this website
- Information you give us directly: your name, work email, company, and anything you write, if you fill out a contact or demo-request form.
- Automatic technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page, collected through our server logs. We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this site.
- Inquiries and demo requests are handled in our own operator console. We do not use a third-party CRM, scheduling tool or chat widget on this site.
Cookies and similar technology
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one to keep you signed in, and one that remembers an interface preference if you change it. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracker, and we do not sell data collected on this site. Because none of these cookies track you, the site does not need a cookie consent banner.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiry or demo request.
- To keep the site working and secure, using our server logs.
- To send you information you asked for. Marketing email only with an unsubscribe link, consistent with CAN-SPAM.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help run this website, such as hosting, under contracts that limit their use of it. We do not sell this data. Inquiry and demo-request records are kept for two years. If you go on to use the Zeami app or become a customer, the Privacy Notice and, for enterprise customers, the Data Processing Addendum take over. The providers that handle data in the product are listed in the Trust Center.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information collected on this website, or object to how we handle it, by writing to support@zeami.io. We do not act on browser-level opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, because nothing collected on this site is sold or shared.
